Reporting a problem with a tool
A good report is short and specific, and it never needs the file itself — please do not send confidential documents. What helps most:
The tool you were using and its address (for example /pdf-inspector).
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
The kind of file involved — its format, rough size and where it came from (a scanner, a phone, an export from some program).
Your browser and operating system, since some limits are browser-specific.
Security and privacy questions
If you believe a tool sends data somewhere it should not, or you have found a security problem in the site, say so directly in your message and it will be treated as a priority.
