Organize PDF
Reorder, rotate and delete pages from thumbnails, then export.
Your PDF is rendered and rebuilt locally in your browser, so the file never leaves your device and nothing is uploaded.
Need to combine files first? Try the Merge PDF tool.
About Organize PDF
The ArrayKit organize PDF tool lets you reorder, rotate and delete pages of a PDF visually, then export a brand-new document. Drop in a file and it renders page thumbnails so you can rearrange pdf pages by moving them left or right, rotate any page in 90-degree steps, or remove pages you no longer need. It is built for developers, designers, QA testers and anyone who needs to rearrange pdf pages, delete pdf pages, or fix a sideways scan before sharing a clean copy. Up to 60 thumbnails are shown per document for smooth performance. Everything runs locally in your browser, so your file is processed on your own device and nothing is uploaded to a server.

Common errors & troubleshooting
- Some pages are missing from the thumbnail grid. — Only the first 60 pages are shown per document for performance. Split larger files first, then organize each part.
- The PDF will not open and shows a render error. — Encrypted or password-protected PDFs cannot be rendered. Remove the password in your PDF reader, then load the file again.
- A rotated page looks correct in the thumbnail but you are unsure it exported. — Rotation is baked into the exported file on top of any existing page rotation, so download and reopen the result to confirm.
- You deleted a page by mistake. — Click Remove to clear the file and re-drop the original PDF, then start over since edits are not undoable.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the ArrayKit Organize PDF tool?
- It is a browser-based PDF page editor that renders your document as thumbnails so you can reorder, rotate and delete pages, then export a new file. Everything happens locally on your device.
- How do I reorder pages in the Organize PDF tool?
- Hover a page thumbnail and use the left and right arrow controls to shift it earlier or later in the document. The new position and original page number are shown under each thumbnail.
- Can I rotate and delete pages too?
- Yes. Each thumbnail has a rotate control that turns the page 90 degrees at a time, and a delete control that removes the page from the export.
- How many pages can I organize at once?
- Up to 60 page thumbnails are shown per document to keep rendering fast. Larger PDFs are truncated with a notice, so split big files before organizing them.
- Does the Organize PDF tool change my original file?
- No. The tool builds and downloads a brand-new PDF, leaving your source file untouched on your device.
- Does the Organize PDF tool upload my file?
- No. The Organize PDF tool renders thumbnails and rebuilds the file entirely in your browser, so your document never leaves your device and there is no tracking.
