About Rotate PDF
The rotate PDF tool turns every page, or a chosen page range, by 90, 180 or 270 degrees so you can download a correctly oriented document in one step. Reach for it whenever a scan came in sideways, a landscape spread needs flipping, or only a few pages of a report sit the wrong way and you want to fix PDF orientation fast. Set "Apply to" to all pages or to a range like 1-3,5, pick the rotation angle, and export a file saved as your-document-rotated.pdf. Rotation is lossless, so text, images and quality stay exactly as they were. Developers, QA testers, designers, students and anyone preparing documents to share can quickly rotate PDF pages or turn a PDF 90 degrees online. Everything runs entirely in your browser, so your files are never uploaded and your data never leaves your device.

Common errors & troubleshooting
- All pages rotated when you only wanted some. — Switch "Apply to" from All pages to Page range and enter the specific pages, for example 1-3,5.
- Page range field seems ignored. — Make sure "Apply to" is set to Page range; the Pages box only takes effect in that mode.
- Page numbers in the range fall outside the document. — Check the displayed page count and keep your range within it, using commas and hyphens like 2,4-6.
- Pages turned the wrong way. — Rotation is cumulative per export, so reopen the original and pick 270 instead of 90 (or vice versa) to flip the other direction.
- "Could not read this PDF" appears when you add the file. — The PDF may be encrypted or corrupted; remove the password or repair the file, then drop it in again.
